The team will then contact you, by email or phone to inform you that the work has been booked in and to clarify on content and design if necessary.

A timeline will be discussed.

The newsletter will not be started until all the content and payment is received by the team. If dummy content is to be used, this will be established and the design will proceed accordingly. (The designer will not replace dummy content with the actual content should the agreement be to design with dummy content.)

A look and feel will be designed.
It will look exactly like the finished product but links will not be active.

You will need to approve the newsletter look and feel.

Once the team have your approval, the template will be uploaded to your GraphicMail account into the Templates folder for you to begin using.

It is encouraged for you to spend some time playing around and familiarizing yourself with the GraphicMail application while the design is under way.
