TriggerMail Series Part 2
Sometimes, you just need to sneak out the office for a while, get that beach chair, and relax with a sundowner, all the while resting assured that your business communications are running on all-out-superhuman-efficiency mode. That is why we’ve created the perfect solution - an autopilot mode for your business! It’s something you can rely on when you’re away, or when you just can’t keep up with it all anymore. And so we bring you the next function of TriggerMail:
Scheduled triggers
A scheduled trigger allows your automated email to be sent on a specific date or at various intervals. This may sound familiar… In fact, scheduled triggers are very similar to the anniversary triggers we told you about yesterday (it also uses a date as trigger), but it’s even more specific.
Say for instance you bill your clients monthly, quarterly, bi-annually (any set interval will do) and you would like to send out payment reminders or invoices: You can access TriggerMail from your account and set the emails to be sent either on that date, or even a few days before. That way, even if Batman’s payment is due on the 7th of each month and Catwoman pays monthly on the 23rd, if you’ve selected for invoice to be sent two days before, Batman will receive his on the 5th while Catwoman will receive hers on the 21st. Of course if you’d prefer, you can just send both of them an invoice on the 1st of every month.
Scheduled triggers even allow you to set the time at which you want your emails to be sent, so you can make sure that any reminders to staff, invoices, payment reminders, or any other automated message; reaches them at a time that would be convenient for them. Ensure your emails are delivered first thing in the morning, after that 11am meeting, or even just during office hours.
All without you so much as lifting a finger or checking a diary. Too good to be true? There is one thing we need you to remember: You need credits in your account to send any emails, even automated ones! So stock up before you set those triggers.
