To get your password via your registered email address, enter your username (email address) below, and click 'submit'.
If you have signed up to GraphicMail via your social login, simply enter the email address that you use to access your social network account. We don't have access to your social account password, but we create an automated backup password for every new account that logged in via a social network.
To explain the "auto-generated" backup password as an example:
Say the CEO of a company signs up to GraphicMail with his Twitter account, but does not want his PA to access the Twitter account, but wants them to have access to GraphicMail.
They use this page to retrieve the autogenerated password linked to the GraphicMail Account, the PA can then log into GraphicMail without having access to the CEO's personal Twitter password. |
