The use of ISP feedback loops as standard ensures that all mail will be delivered to larger ISPs. A feedback loop reports who has clicked ‘Report Spam’ at a particular ISP. GraphicMail automatically blocks any recipient that clicks ‘Report Spam’ so that person will not negatively affect your future deliverability.

Viral tracking report analytics

GraphicMail segments clients based upon their complaint rates. If you have a history of responsible list management, low unsubscribe rates, low abuse complaint rates and low bounce rates you will experience higher delivery rates than those who do not. You can also ask for your own dedicated IP address.

The GraphicMail graphs compare the subscribe/ unsubscribe rate between the various sends and also the open/ click rates for each specific send.
