GraphicMail automatically blocks any recipient that clicks ‘Report Spam’ so that person will not negatively affect your future deliverability.
Viral tracking report analytics
GraphicMail segments clients based upon their complaint rates. If you have a history of responsible list management, low unsubscribe rates, low abuse complaint rates and low bounce rates you will experience higher delivery rates than those who do not. You can also ask for your own dedicated IP address.
